Spicy Alcoholic Drinks
Infusing alcohols with hot chili peppers is fun and produces a unique flavor. Try different types of pods for something new! This will give your alcohol choice plenty of heat and you’ll enjoy it as a mixer for your favorite cocktails.
You will need…
- 2-3 cups of your favorite alcohol
- 1 fresh chili pepper
Slice the peppers in half lengthwise and add them to a container with a lid. Add the alcohol, seal it, and shake well. Screw the lid on tight and store in a dark, cool place for at least 4 hours. Longer is better for more heat. You can strain the peppers out of the mix afterward if you wish. Should last a few months in the refrigerator.
