Napalmed Cilantro Burgers

Napalmed or nuke? Time to get the grill out! These burgers are perfect for those that like a nice burn. Put your choice of pepper, both to change the flavor, and heat level! Unless you really like things extra hot, we recommend removing the seeds and placenta of the pepper, and just using the pepper body.

You will need…

  • 1 pound ground turkey or beef
  • 1 Carolina Reaper or 1 Yellow 7 Pot finely minced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Dash of salt and pepper


Take a large mixing bowl, and combine all the ingredients and mix them up by hand. Don’t over mix the meat or the burgers will lose they’re texture. Form the meat into 4 quarter-pound patties, then set them out on the grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Flip the burgers once about half way through, or until burgers are cooked through and not pink in the middle. Then just add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
