Grilled Reaper Salmon
I don’t know about you, but Salmon is my favorite fish! Nothing can beat the flavor. For those of us who can appreciate the flavor of salmon, as well as the flavor of the Reaper, we’ve combined the two. Unless you really like things extra hot, we recommend removing the seeds and placenta of the pepper, and just using the pepper body.
You will need…
- 2 6-ounce salmon filets
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 Fresh Carolina Reaper, diced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasonings
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Place the salmon in a marinating dish and sprinkle it with Cajun seasonings and dried oregano. Cover it with orange juice and Reaper peppers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then pre-heat grill to medium heat and grill the salmon filets for about 6 minutes, or till they’re where you like them. Then flip them over for another 2 minutes or until they are cooked through.
