The Big Red Mama comes from a gentleman named Troy, and is wicked hot! It’s a cross between a Naga Morich and Trinidad Douglah – two extremely hot peppers! It has a pimpled exterior, and ripens to a deep red.
It has an intense burn to start out, goes down a bit to a throbbing burn, then smooths out.
Has a fruity and slightly sweet flavor.
