The Bhut Jolokia, aka. Ghost pepper, originated in India and was once the hottest pepper in the world. It has a bumpy exterior with a long tapered shape. The ripen to a bright red, and supply a blistering amount of heat. Has a slightly floral and smokey flavor.
Each of our Ghost peppers is meticulously cultivated and nourished in nutrient rich, organic soil. Water comes from our own self-contained, free flowing spring, originating in the aquifers of the rolling hills of central Tennessee. Harmful chemicals and city tap water are never used.
